Police take 23-year-old into custody

The bottle completely destroyed the window, according to Polizeipräsidium Konstanz. Officers took the 23-year-old into custody because of his aggressive behavior. Police said he was not believed to have been involved in the fight that prompted their response.

Fight began as a verbal argument

Officers had been called to the Stadthalle in Spaichingen at around 2:30 a.m. on Sunday, November 1, 2026. The police report said a verbal dispute between a 26-year-old and an 18-year-old had turned into a physical confrontation.

The 26-year-old allegedly injured the younger man on the head with a beer bottle. The 18-year-old then responded by punching the 26-year-old in the face, police said.
